So summer is finally here! It is the time to take care of skin and health. Summer also brings temptation of ice cream. Enjoy your warm weather favorites while keeping your nutrition in check with the tips .Here are some tips that are used to take care of health.
Use of sun cream:
Do not sit in sun from 10am to 4pm in summers. It is used to protect the skin from UV rays. For sensitive skin, a mineral-based sunscreen is best. Re-apply sunscreen after two to three hour.
Drink a lot of water:
Increase the intake of water in summers. It is important to keep yourself hydrated by drinking at least eight to nine glasses of water a day. If you are bored of drinking water than add flavor or some fruit in it or healthy alternatives like green tea or coconut water.
Healthy eating is very important. Fill your ice-box with ice, bottled water, sandwiches, vegetable sticks, yoghurts and endless amounts of fruit. Healthy smoothies are great way to get refreshment from the fruits. A healthy smoothie should be made with fruit, juice, low fat-yogurt and ice. Use any fruit you might have or have kept in the freezer, and throw it all in a blender to make a perfect summer drink.
Add summer veggies in diet:
Vegetables are very good for skin and health as well. It will give the body a nutrient kick. Vegetables have plenty of water in it; it will help you to keep yourself hydrated. Add veggies in your dinner and lunch in this summer.
Enjoy cool shakes:
Summer is the season to enjoy cool drinks so after doing exercise make drink for yourself. It will help your body recover from training, and boost your energy levels. Plan outdoor activities like biking, hiking, swimming etc.
Build delicious burger:
Create a healthier burger with whole wheat buns, lean meats, and delicious toppings like pineapple, guacamole, and feta cheese.
Plan some special time in summer:
Evenings of summer are fresh and full of energy. So plan some good time with friends, kids and family. Cook meals for yourself. This gathering with family will bring freshness for you.
Do not skip breakfast:
Breakfast is one of the important meal, do not skip it .Try to have this meal, what you like. I this warm weather most of the people do not like to have breakfast but change your life style. Do breakfast with juices, fruits, yogurt or a glass of milk.
