Milk Tea OR Black Tea
Tea plant is now been grown in more than 30 countries and it is estimated that tea is the second most consumed drink in the world after water. Mostly People are taking tea due to its soothing and pleasant taste. It has many healthy effects on one’s body. Some people take tea because they are habitual of drinking it.
Basically in Pakistan mostly people use to take milk tea instead of black tea which is not beneficial for us. But due to lack of knowledge we are consuming it in higher amounts.
I will first explain you about what actually back tea contains in it.
It contains the following ingredients in it.
It is mainly found in tea, beverages and coffee. It helps in treating the severe headaches, breathing problems and also helps in preventing cardiovascular disorders. It is used in combination with different pain killers such as aspirin and acetaminophen. It is used to cure diabetes type 2 and blood pressure problems.
It helps in treating the patients with severe asthma and shortness of breath in newborns. It is also prescribed to athletes to increase their activeness but in low concentration.
It is also used to cure the redness and itching of skin and helps in weight loss but only in case if we are utilizing black tea instead of milk tea.
These are the phenol compounds found in tea and help to provide better health and pleasant taste of tea. It consists of catechins, theaflavins, tannins, and flavonoids ,where falvonoids are in higher amount.
These polyphenol prevent the body from illness by boosting up our immune system and results in decreasing the affect of carcinogenic and u.v rays which induce skin cancer. It also makes the body less prone to cardiovascular disorders, and also cures osteoporosis.
The important amino acid is L theanine which helps in mental relaxation by releasing the brain waves known as alpha waves. It affects the brain neurotransmitters by effecting the GABA and dopamine.

Black tea helps in providing different antioxidant and vitamin which are needed to slowdown the process of aging as well as makes the skin shine. But when we add milk in the tea all the beneficial affects diminishes at once. This is because the catechins founds in tea forms complex with protein found in milk which is not healthy for the body. Due to formation of complex the absorbance of the falvonols in the body is decreased. It also results in the decrease of nitric acid which is need for dilation of artery.
But in contrary to all the above material I would like to say that milk also have its own beneficial effects. We must take the tea based on our preferences. But as far if we rank both types of tea, black tea is considered to be more effective than milk tea.
