It is very important tip to look laptop from distance. It can cause many problems for you headache, neck pain, back and shoulder pain, dry eyes, if your eyes are dry during watching laptop or working than blink more, Choose a comfortable, supportive chair. Position it so that your feet are flat on the floor. Some people may need glasses to help with contrast, stare, and eye strain when using a computer. Take rest from laptop after every 2 hours for 20 minutes.

• Stay in stress try to keep yourself cool.
• Visit the doctor regularly.
• Eat green and leafy vegetables and fruits.
