1: It is observed that weakness of brain and muscles or the disorder of liver, abdomen is the reasons for the thin body. First of all we have to treat these disorders in order to gain weight.
2. Walk specially morning walk is very necessary for healthy life. Morning walk for 30 minutes is good. Through this way unhealthy fats will not accumulate in our body.
3. We have to gain weight in the form of healthy muscles and tissues not in the form of accumulated unhealthy fats.
4. As we know that our muscles are made up of proteins so for healthy weight gain we should consume the food which is rich in protein. For example eggs, meat including red meat, nuts, fish, yogurt. Yogurt has lesser fats but good for healthy weight gain.
5. Fresh fruits also play important role in gaining weight Such as Bananas, pomegranates. Bananas along with milk are useful for gaining weight and contain 100 calories energy. Mangoes are also good for gaining weight. Carrot juice is also helpful in gaining weight naturally.
6. Drinking milk, milk shakes protein shakes or weight gainer shakes also play important role in gaining weight.
7. If you are fond of coffee then don’t forget to add cream to your coffee. It will help you to increase weight.
8. Oily things such as cheese are also useful for weight gain.
9. Exercise and yoga can also be used for gaining weight.
10. By getting quality sleep we can increase our body mass by the process of recovering. At least 8 hours of quality sleep is necessary for good health.
11. Stay away from food having high concentration of white sugar because a lot of sugar forms fats that cause high blood sugar levels.
12. Better method to get calories for the body is by eating dry fruits. These dry fruits provide more calories and nutrient such as Nuts contain polyunsaturated fats which are responsible for healthy calories. It includes almonds, pumpkin seeds and walnuts.
13. Potatoes also play important role in gaining weight. Potatoes having carbohydrates and complex sugars help body to put on weight naturally. We can use potatoes in the form of finger chips.
14. Oats having high concentration of fibers and having important nutrients, play important role in increasing weight.
15. Brown Rice is also very effective food for weight gain.
16. Sweet potatoes also play important role for gaining weight.

Crush the coconut; fry it in the ghee or oil. Use it daily for healthy weight gain.
18. Olive oil is very useful, we should change our cooking oil with olive that is beneficial for body health. Point to be noted is that the amount of calories we eat must be more than the calories we are burning.
